Bonnaroo 2020 is canceled, festival announces 2021 dates

The Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival in Manchester, Tennessee, has dropped its 2020 version, after at first delaying the occasion three months due to COVID-19 concerns.

"Our yearly time together on the Farm is out and out mysterious," peruses a message posted Thursday on the festival's authentic site.

"Be that as it may, out of a plenitude of alert and for the wellbeing and security of all Bonnaroovians, craftsmen, staff, accomplices and our locale, this is an essential reality."

The festival will return June 17-20, 2021, when Bonnaroo praises its twentieth commemoration.

While other dropped U.S. festivals including Outside Lands and Riot Fest have just posted their 2021 arrangements, there's no word on who will perform at the following year's Bonnaroo.

From July 1 until July 31, current ticket holders will have the option to demand discounts by signing into their Front gate account. The individuals who don't demand a discount will have their tickets applied to the following year's festival.

‍Since 2002, the festival has occurred yearly in June, inviting up to 80,000 participants to Manchester's Great Stage Park.

Tickets for Bonnaroo 2020 sold out in record time — over a quarter of a year in front of its initially booked dates in June. Booked entertainers included Lizzo, Tool, Tame Impala, Miley Cyrus and Lana Del Rey.
