SCRA’s Alastar Will Be Used At Bonnaroo Festival

The software security efforts increase local law enforcement

CHARLESTON, SC - (BUSINESS WIRE) - SCRA today announced that its software was selected Alastar to boost security for the 13th Annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. The event, to be held in Manchester, Tennessee from June 12 to 15, will attract more than 100,000 people and has 140 bands and comedy acts performed in 14 stages. Alastar support Sheriff's Office Coffee County, State and local Emergency Management and local police departments by integrating the expedition, the Tennessee Department of Transportation cameras in place of live cameras and vehicle tracking devices. The officers will have the tracking application on their mobile phones Alastar to assist in the coordination of responses.


Alastar provides situational awareness information throughout the area, which considerably improves response times, increases coordination and enables organizations to more effectively monitor and protect their communities and major events. The software takes advantage of a simple web architecture lightweight, state to provide a tool for situational awareness of all inclusive, in real time.
